Supply Chain Planning Manager

Levels is the largest US protein brand not owned by a conglomerate — scaling across Costco, Sam's Club, Amazon, H-E-B, and more, with 9,000+ points of distribution in sight this year. This newly created Supply Chain Planning Manager seat is where the operational execution lives — owning MRP, co-manufacturer coordination, and multichannel logistics while developing a junior Planner on a lean three-person team.

About Levels

Built around radical simplicity (grass-fed whey concentrate, 6–8 ingredients, no artificial sweeteners or flavors), Levels is one of fewer than 30% of protein brands to earn the Clean Label Project's Purity Award — which screens for 400+ contaminants including heavy metals and pesticides.

And they're in aggressive expansion mode. Recent launches include Sam's Club (278 locations, April 2026) and H-E-B in Texas, on top of an existing footprint across Costco, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Meijer, Wegmans, and Amazon. The team is projecting 9,000+ physical points of distribution in 2026 — and, on top of all that, Levels is expanding into a brand-new product line.

That's where this role comes in.

What You Will Do

The Supply Chain Planning Manager is a newly created, hands-on role sitting between the Senior SC Director (strategy, forecasting, EDI) and the SC Planner (daily fulfillment execution). You'll be the operational accountability layer — owning MRP, co-manufacturer execution, and finished goods logistics while directly managing and developing the SC Planner. You'll also be a cornerstone of Levels' new product line launch, owning supply planning from day one: co-man onboarding, MRP setup, material sourcing, and inventory buildout — all without disrupting the core business.

It's a lean, high-ownership seat on a fast-moving team — ideal for a planner who wants to go deeper on scope and step into their first people-management reps without losing hands-on execution.

Who You Are

A hands-on planner with strong operational judgment who owns outcomes, not just tasks. Equal parts systems thinker and doer — able to zoom into a PO discrepancy at 9 a.m. and zoom out to an S&OP input at 2 p.m. A builder and a manager — ready to take on a direct report without losing your hands in the work. Motivated by clean execution.
