About Levels
Levels is a sports nutrition brand built on radical simplicity — grass-fed whey protein concentrate, minimal ingredients, and no artificial sweeteners or flavors. It’s a clean-label brand in a category often dominated by hype and filler.
The business is scaling quickly. Levels recently launched in Sam’s Club and Target, and is already on shelf at Costco, Walmart, Kroger, H-E-B, Meijer, Wegmans, Central Market, and Amazon. A meaningful DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) + Amazon business runs alongside retail, with subscription and loyalty layered in.
What You Will Do
Data is not a reporting function at Levels — it’s a growth function. As the Director of Marketing Analytics & Insights, you’ll build the measurement foundation from the ground up, owning marketing analytics across DTC, paid media, lifecycle, marketplaces, and retail-connected channels. Just as importantly, you’ll turn every data stream into a clear point of view on what’s driving performance, which metrics matter most, and what leadership should act on next.

A sharp analytical builder with strong business instincts. You’re comfortable working hands-on in the data while also stepping back to connect the dots and guide decisions. You communicate clearly without oversimplifying, bring a point of view rather than just a dashboard, and thrive in environments where there’s real opportunity to build. You’re highly accountable, naturally curious, and motivated by creating systems that scale as the business grows.
