What You Will Do
The Director, FP&A owns financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across the business. This role is responsible for translating strategy into numbers, pressure-testing assumptions, and providing leadership with clear, actionable financial insight.
This is a hands-on leadership role that sits at the center of decision-making. You will partner closely with the CEO, COO, Marketing, DTC, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure the business scales profitably and intentionally.

A disciplined financial operator with strong business judgment who is comfortable challenging assumptions and asking hard questions. Detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture. Clear, confident communicator who can influence non-finance partners. Motivated by building systems that scale.
