What You Will Do

As Credit and Collateral Analyst, you'll support JPC's Operations and Client Services teams with real visibility into client transactions, credit decision-making, and leadership operations. Reporting to the SVP of Portfolio Management and COO, you'll own key parts of the collateral and financial review process while engaging directly with clients and internal stakeholders.

Who You Are

You have a few years of hands-on credit, collateral, audit, or field exam experience and you're ready for the next level. You love numbers, you're meticulous with details, and you can turn financial and operational data into clear takeaways. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, client-first environment and bring the energy and curiosity to learn alongside senior leaders.

  • $90,000 base salary
  • Medical insurance
  • 401(k) with company match: 100% of the first 1% of contributions and 50% of contributions between 1% and 6%
  • Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in our Denver office
  • One week per quarter with the team in New York
  • Clear growth path into client advisory, credit underwriting, or operational leadership
