What You Will Do
The Senior Accounting Manager serves as a key leader within the accounting function, owning the execution and continuous improvement of the month-end close process. As the right hand to the Controller, this role ensures alignment across core accounting areas, maintains the integrity of financial reporting, and drives consistency in processes, timelines, and deliverables. This individual will play a critical role in strengthening internal controls, supporting audit readiness, and elevating the overall performance and scalability of the accounting team.

As our Close Captain, you’ll coordinate across accounting functions (revenue, inventory, AP) to resolve issues and ensure the team delivers accurate financials and responsive support to the broader organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong technical accounting expertise, and leads through organization, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving.
