What You Will Do

You will lead the business and our next stage of growth: the team, revenue, the numbers and operations. We run on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), a straightforward framework for setting priorities, tracking results and keeping the team accountable to the plan. You will own the P&L, bring urgency and focus to a small, collaborative team, and scale a healthy, resilient business on the systems, mission and co-manufacturing partnerships that already work.

Who You Are

You are a curious and strategic CPG builder who is energized by rolling up your sleeves at a small company doing great things. You enjoy partnering with a founder: you can translate big ideas into clear plans, and you bring speed and follow-through without losing warmth. You lead by both driving and coaching, make decisions with logic and data, and care about keeping a kind, inclusive, mission-driven culture intact as the business grows. Our core values (Win/Win, Humbly Confident, Purpose, Resilient and Authentic) sound like you.
