What You Will Do
As a Controller, you’ll take ownership of the financial foundation of the business—ensuring accuracy, visibility, and scalability as we grow. You’ll work cross-functionally to connect financial outcomes with operational performance, bringing clarity to both day-to-day execution and long-term decision-making.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic finance leader who enjoys building and improving systems in a fast-paced environment. You bring both technical expertise and operational curiosity—someone who doesn’t just report the numbers, but understands what’s driving them and how to improve them.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary range of $130,000 - 150,000 (final salary commensurate with experience) + annual bonus tied to company performance

- 2 weeks PTO (accrues immediately after training.) Some blackout dates during Q4 peak season (we’re busy, but it’s worth it!)
