What You Will Do

As a Foreman, you will lead field operations for multiple lighting projects, overseeing planning, coordination, and on-site execution to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You’ll work hands-on alongside crews, keeping teams motivated and projects moving while managing multiple jobs in various stages. This role also serves as a key point of communication between customers and internal teams, reporting directly to the Lighting & Audio Team Manager.

We’re seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial foreman with experience in low voltage systems who is excited to help grow a developing division. This individual brings a positive, team-oriented attitude, communicates effectively, is well organized, and consistently demonstrates integrity and accountability in their work. The ideal candidate takes initiative, leads by example, and takes pride in the work performed.
