What You Will Do

If our culture seems like a fit for you, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales team, lead our growth with key retailers to include: HEB, Meijer, Giant Eagle, Hy-Vee, Save Mart, Raley’s and other retailers in the Central/West through execution and expansion in new and existing accounts. Responsibilities will include selling distribution into new accounts in the conventional channel, expanding distribution and strategic partnership in existing accounts, analyzing data and building strategies to efficiently drive growth, and executing those strategies. This role reports to our Director of Sales – Conventional.

Who You Are

Our ideal candidate will have classical training and/or growth brand experience in CPG food sales, someone who can build a strategic account plan. You bring analytical rigor to forecasting and trade budget management, but you're just as comfortable on the phone with a buyer or broker as you are in a spreadsheet. You're self-motivated and organized enough to run a full book of accounts across the Central and West without needing much oversight.
