Applied AI Lead

You will identify, build, and scale practical AI-enabled workflows that improve speed, quality, consistency, and decision-making across go-to-market, customer success, customer operations, finance, and broader business functions. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role. You will understand how teams work today, find where AI creates real leverage, prototype solutions quickly, and help teams put them to work safely and effectively. This is an internal-facing role, but close collaboration with the engineering team means your work will naturally influence the product roadmap too.

You are genuinely curious and self-starting, deeply engaged with what AI can do and how organizations put it to work, and you have the hands-on experience to back it up. You understand how businesses operate end to end, and you’re as comfortable talking to a sales team about pipelines as you are working through technical integration with engineering.
