Director of Marketing

Reporting to the CMO, you will own the systems and strategy that connect our website, Amazon store, TikTok Shop, and retail presence into a cohesive commerce engine. You'll balance big-picture go-to-market planning for new product launches with hands-on execution — auditing ROAS and CAC across paid channels, refining subscription lifecycle flows, and getting into the weeds on copywriting and AI-driven content. In this role you’ll partner closely with Ecomm, Creative, and Social leaders in addition to ad hoc collaboration with other functions across Clean Skin Club. At its core, this role is equal parts storytelling and performance: making sure every dollar spent on ads works harder, and that LTV always stays ahead of CAC.

You are a hands-on, commercially minded marketing leader who knows how to connect acquisition, retention, ecommerce, product launches, and team operations into a single, unified growth strategy. You bring clarity to priorities, create accountability, and build scalable processes that drive disciplined, strategic growth. You're equally comfortable setting the vision and rolling up your sleeves — thriving in lean environments where resourcefulness and speed matter. Your decisions are rooted in data, and you have a sharp eye for what's working and what's not.
