BridgeCare’s software is a white-label data and case management system for government agencies in the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) sector. It helps parents and ECCE providers, primarily licensed child care and public preschool programs, by increasing family access to affordable child care, supporting providers, streamlining government processes, and delivering real-time data insights for better decision making.
What You Will Do
As BridgeCare’s Sales Manager of Local Initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in expanding local partnerships with Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) agencies and school districts. This role combines ECE knowledge with the ability to help change the entire system. As the first team member focused on Local Initiatives, this person will work closely with CCR&Rs and school districts administering Pre-K and/or Head Start/Early Head Start programs. As part of the Sales team, they’ll build authentic relationships in the field while managing the full sales cycle from start to finish.

You bring strong relationship-building skills, a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, and an enthusiasm for helping communities thrive through effective ECE systems.
