What You Will Do
As Implementation Manager, you are the accountable project lead for BridgeCare customer implementations, from signed agreement through go-live and a clean handoff to Client Success. You will run a concurrent book of implementations for government agencies, nonprofits, and other ECCE organizations, turning the Statement of Work and pre-sales commitments into a living project plan and partnering with Configuration, Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver on time, in scope, and in hours. This is a project management role with business-analysis depth, not a standing client-success seat.
Who You Are
You are an experienced project manager who has led implementations as the accountable owner, and you know what it takes to actually finish one. You can say no to scope with a path forward, engage credibly in technical and configuration discussions in a no-code environment, and keep several implementations moving at different phases without midnight hours as the operating model. You communicate clearly with executives, program staff, and technical partners, and you use AI-assisted drafting for document-heavy work so client time is spent on decisions.
