What You Will Do
We’re looking for a Sr. Sales Analyst to support our brand growth and help keep our sales team moving forward with data-driven insights and analytics. Reporting to the National Sales Director, this role will be responsible for revenue and trade forecasting and planning (including Confido TPM management), analyzing sales performance across accounts and channels, managing promotional analysis, tracking key performance indicators, and developing and maintaining sales planning and reporting systems. The Sr. Sales Analyst will partner closely with sales, marketing, and finance to support revenue and trade planning, evaluate promotional effectiveness, and identify opportunities that drive profitable growth across retail channels. This role offers the opportunity to be an integral member of a passionate, collaborative team within a purpose-driven company that continues to grow and innovate. The position is West Coast–based with occasional travel for team meetings and trade shows (San Diego a plus).
Who You Are
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and strategic analytical thinker with a passion for turning data into clear, actionable insights. You bring strong Excel and data visualization skills, experience working with retail and syndicated data (SPINS, Nielsen), and the ability to translate complex datasets into recommendations that drive profitable growth. A self-starter with an entrepreneurial and scrappy mindset, you thrive working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You are a clear communicator who enjoys contributing to a fun, tightly-knit team environment and playing a key role in the company’s success. Experience in CPG or retail analytics is required, with emerging brand experience highly valued. You have a passion for wellness, better-for-you brands, and an appreciation for the power of real food!
