What You Will Do
The SLED Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expansion within the State, Local, and Higher Ed (SLED) segment. You will own the entire sales process, from initial qualification and deal scoping through contract negotiation and close, focusing on repeatable, value-driven sales cycles with clients.
Who You Are
You're a full-cycle sales hunter who knows that public sector deals move differently than commercial ones. You thrive in a high-velocity, solution-selling environment, and like every BlueVector AI hire, you're a collaborative self-starter who's eager to learn BlueVector's solution offerings and how they intersect with Google's AI tools. You've built a track record of exceeding quota by running strong discovery, navigating objections, and managing relationships start to finish, sustaining that momentum across 12 to 18 month sales cycles.

- $300,000+ OTE, which is comprised of $120,000 - $150,000 annual salary (based on experience) + 5%-8% uncapped commission on attributed services revenue and 10%-40% commission on attributed licenses revenue or GCP resale margin.
