What You Will Do
We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to architect the next phase of our supply chain and operations engine as we scale rapidly across channels and product platforms.
The VP of Operations is responsible for the full operations lifecycle at Biena, from manufacturing and supply chain strategy to quality, inventory, S&OP, cost management, and commercialization of new products. This leader will build the systems, processes, partnerships, and team required to support Biena’s next wave of transformational growth. Serving as a key strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, this role sits at the center of Biena's next chapter.
