What You Will Do
Biena is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to take on a key leadership role within its sales organization, driving the brand's market momentum to accelerate growth. In this role, you will expand Biena's brand presence with strategic partners through item distribution, ACV, and effective promotional planning, while ensuring excellence in retail execution and compliance. You will also work with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to build strong internal collaborations that align strategy and accelerate results.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned food or beverage sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You bring specific experience scaling a brand in a competitive landscape and have a deep understanding of how to sell and win across multiple channels. This role is for someone who is a self-starter, holds themselves accountable, thinks strategically about growing accounts rather than just managing them, and genuinely loves food and health.
