Supply Chain Planning Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement initiatives across procurement, production planning, and supplier management
• Standup and facilitate a structured S&OP process, including tools, and analytics
• Produce demand plan (work with finance to turn revenue forecast into demand plan)
• Schedule and lead meetings, set agendas, keep the process moving toward decisions
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
• Validate forecasts, understanding assumptions, identifying risks or opportunities
• Assess supply constraints, capacity limitations, and lead time impacts
• Prepare scenario analyses and what-if modeling to support decision-making on resource allocation, inventory investments, and capacity planning
• Track and report on forecast accuracy, plan adherence, inventory turns, service levels, and perfect order rates
• Document decisions, action items, and commitments, ensuring clear communication of plan changes across the organization
• Facilitate resolution of supply-demand imbalances, coordinating cross-functional teams to develop solutions for constraints or conflicts
• Facilitate new product launches, ensuring alignment between commercial timelines and operational readiness
• Partner with finance to ensure plans align with financial targets and budgets, translating operational plans into financial impacts
• Manage escalations when trade-offs are required between competing priorities (e.g., service levels vs. inventory costs, promotional support vs. capacity constraints)
• Work on our Cin7 MRP together with our Senior Supply Chain Planner

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or operations in CPG or manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of standing up new processes, building planning systems from the ground up, and driving process improvement initiatives
• Experience managing tolling/co-packing relationships required
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with MRP systems and production planning workflows
• Background in food & beverage or perishable goods industries strongly preferred
• Experience facilitating cross-functional planning processes or S&OP cycles preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, modeling, and data analysis
• Strong proficiency with inventory management and MRP systems; experience with Cin7 Core highly preferred
• Familiarity with demand planning and forecasting tools a plus
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights
• Experience creating executive-level dashboards and presentations
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) a plus
