What You Will Do

The Account Executive – Urology is responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned territory by developing new business and expanding existing relationships for our remote urology laboratory services. This role focuses on driving testing volume to our DFW laboratory through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and rigorous pipeline management.

This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on "hunting" for new business. You will sell direct PCR Lab Services (rapid, 24–48 hour molecular UTI testing) & Clinical Lab Development (A consultative sale helping high-volume practices set up their own in-office laboratories).

Travel & Location Requirements

● Travel: Significant field travel (50-75%) within the assigned territory is required.

● Location: Remote (Field-Based). To be considered, candidates must reside in one of the following states: PA, MD, DE, CO, NM, OK, MS, LA, AR, or Southern TX.

You thrive in a high-volume, field-based environment with regular face-to-face engagements with urology, OBGYN, and skilled nursing facilities. Your ability to turn complex molecular testing data into a compelling, patient-centric business case makes you an indispensable partner to clinical practices.

Benefits

Base Salary of $75,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience) with a target Year 1 OTE of $150,000 – $175,000.
